Alright... so i'll give people the update thus far. (pictures will have to wait til i can get internet at my place)
Left old 'down under' at 955pm on sat night (some of you already know this .. you kind kind peple who sent me on my way) and spen the next9 odd hours in that stupid plane going over to Hongkie land.
arrived at 5 something am HK time then wiled away the hours until it was time to leave at 935 for Incheon Int'l Airport which i arrived at 240pm sunday.
I actually got some sleep on that leg of the journey.. whcih was definitely VERY VERY welcome.
--------
So i get throught the gates and there's Linda the Academic director of my school waiting there with a "BEVAN!" written on a piece of cardboard.
Y"know... with that.. i've decided that it makes a person feel super important to have someone waiting for you with a sign.... it's i dunno.. gratifying ? :P hahahaha
so anyway... we get on the limousine....... bus :P and head to city... takes about an hour to get there..get showed my place... which i gotta say could probably be found in the more drab... and heavily armed areas of sydney.... and even then it'd be in a tucked away corner of that suburb.
Still, i'm not paying the rent... i have a toilet and shower combined together, a kitchenette and 2 bedrooms.
If you can imagine it it's shaped like a T
you open the door and at the junction there's the kitchenette as you walk in, before the junction are doors to the 2 rooms the end of the left crossbar is the toilet/shower have of the entrance to that is blocked by a HUGE washing machine..... i'm not sure why they need one so big... like it's as big as the one we have back at home :| and while i know i don't wash much stuff. i think i could honestly ift all of my luggage in there.... including my shoes.... Moving on... on the right end of the cross bar is my table my fridge and on top of my fridge... my microwave, and on the top right of the "T" is a door to a balcony that is just full or random shit already.
Okay... so i have quite a few windows at my place.... but no sunlight. My front door looks like a recycled bulkhead of some inferior quality but seems to be completely made of steel...
SO i began to settle in and plan my battle against my house.....and for the first time i'm standing there thinking "i've gotta clean this place up..."

ohhh, 2 bedroom so i don't have to stay at a hotel when i come to vist...
haha, you cleaning on your first day. It's a different perspective when you don't have someone cleaning up after you?
More importantly, you're cleaning WITHOUT being nagged
